Kardinals are bipedal robots with large spherical heads. These heads feature a huge camera lens with two-way representation. The Kardinals job is to spread Radamis Empire propaganda around the world by broadcasting the latest news and goings-on via a huge built-in loudspeaker and a projector that is able to display powerful holographic imagery.



The Kardinal will also broadcast anti-12e Alliance propaganda, as well as presidential speeches, and Radamikan music. Kardinals are non-hostile but will attack enemies that engage it in an aggressive manner. What isn't known to most, although is suspected, is that Radamis are watching through the lens, taking what information they can.
